This piece is a vintage snapback hat from the 1990s for the Blackhawk High School Cougars basketball team. The front of this baseball cap for the Pennsylvania high school has a big embroidery that reads 'Back to Back State Champs 1995 1995'. It is in good vintage condition with light wear and no major stains, yellowing or flaws.
