This piece is a rare vintage Cartoon Network racing style t-shirt from 1997 for Hanna-Barbera's Wacky Racing. This tee has a big graphic on the front of the number 9 Turbo Terrific surrounded by different Hanna-Barbera characters, and on the back is also a big spell out with the number 9.
